Cagnoni was recalled from AHL San Jose on Monday.
Cagnoni had a brief stint in the NHL in late March, recording an assist, eight blocked shots, a hit and four PIM while averaging 17:37 of ice time over five appearances. The Sharks are dealing with multiple injuries late in the year, so Cagnoni will rejoin the NHL club ahead of the final two games of the regular season.
