Sturm (lower body) is expected to be back in action Sunday versus the Flames, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.
Sturm missed the last eight games prior to the 4 Nations Face-Off. The 29-year-old will need to officially be activated off injured reserve if he is cleared by the Sharks' medical staff ahead of the resumption of the team's schedule.
