Rantanen scored a goal on his lone shot in Thursday's 2-1 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.
Rantanen broke a scoreless tie midway through the third period, collecting a rebound from Wyatt Johnston's initial attempt. The winger extended his goal streak to three games and his point streak to four contests, accumulating three goals and two assists during that span. With nine goals this season and a central role in Dallas' offense, he remains a high-end fantasy option across all formats.
