Gleason has been called up by Minnesota on Wednesday.
Gleason has a goal and 17 points in 44 outings with AHL Iowa this season. The 27-year-old hasn't played in the NHL since the 2018-19 regular season. Although he'll participate in practices during the Olympic break, Gleason will probably return to the minors without playing for Minnesota.
