Gustavsson made 23 saves in Monday's 3-1 win over the Rangers.
Artemi Panarin caught the Wild defense sleeping inside the first minute of the first period to open the scoring, but Gustavsson shut down the home side the rest of the way. It was the first win for the 27-year-old netminder since Minnesota's opener, and through five starts, he's gone 2-3-0 with a 3.04 GAA and an .899 save percentage.
