Brodin sustained the injury in the third period after crashing awkwardly into the boards. The 30-year-old defenseman has filled a top-four role for the Wild, so his potential absence looms large. If he can't play Wednesday versus the Kings, Dakota Mermis or Alex Goligoski could get into the lineup.
