    Stone announced his retirement from the NHL on Wednesday and accepted a role in the Flames' front office to assist with player development. Stone spent parts of the last seven seasons with the Flames, accumulating 228 games in a part-time role. He also played in 324 games with the Coyotes and amassed 145 points in his career.
