He is coming off a 29th-place finish in the Travelers Championship, which came one week after winning the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club.
Last year, before Clark had his breakthrough, he finished a solid 16th in the Scottish Open. Since then, he has improved his strokes gained metrics across the board. "His first time playing at The Renaissance Club was last year when he finished 16th. He's a much better player today than he was in 2022.
