Astros shortstop Carlos Correa is certainly making his case for American League Rookie of the Year this season. On Monday, Correa hit his 13th home run of the season, a two-run shot in the first inning. The early lead wouldn't hold however, as the Astros lost 12-9 to the Rangers.
The home run was Correa's fifth in his past seven games, and he is batting .345 with seven RBI over that stretch.
