Cardinals release Pedro Feliciano from minors deal

The Cardinals released pitcher Pedro Feliciano from his minor-league contract, Baseball America reports Tuesday.

Feliciano had a 5.57 ERA in 21 innings at Triple-A Memphis since signing his minor-league deal.
