Cleveland designated hitter Carlos Santana drove in two runs on Monday during a loss in New York.
Santana went 2 for 4 with a ground-rule double that scored Michael Bourn and Nick Swisher in the fifth inning to tie the score up at four. New York won 7-4.
The 27-year-old Santana has gone 5 for 8 in his last two games to get his average back up to .288. He has eight homers and 24 RBI on the season with 14 doubles and 31 runs scored for the Indians.
