Astros designated hitter Chris Carter belted a two-run homer in the fifth inning and added a second in the ninth during a wild ballgame at Chicago Monday night. Carter now has 25 home runs on the season after his third two-HR game of the year.

Carter went 3 for 4 in the game with a walk and four RBI. He scored three times and is batting .215 on the season for the Astros. The 26-year-old slugger had gone 0 for 7 in his previous two games. He has four homers in his last 11 games and 68 RBI on the year.
