White Sox pitcher Chris Sale pitched three no-hit innings Tuesday before being removed after a lengthy rain delay in his team's 2-1 win over the Indians.
Sale struck out four and walked one while cruising through three innings, but the rain got to him before the Indians could. He owns a 1.73 ERA and 43:8 K:BB ratio in 36 1/3 innings, and he's allowed just one hit in nine scoreless innings since returning from the DL while striking out 14. Sale is slated to face the Dodgers Monday.
