Boston infielder Pedro Ciriaco stayed hot at the plate during Sunday's series finale against the Royals. Ciraco recorded three hits or more for the third time this week and homered in an 8-6 victory. He went deep in the fifth inning for a solo home run and then drove in another run on an infield single in the seventh inning as he finished 3 for 5 with two runs scored and two RBI while improving his batting average to .360 on the year.
