Indians pitcher Corey Kluber was dominant Wednesday, needing just 85 pitches to turn in a complete-game shutout in his team's 2-0 win over the Mariners.
Kluber (11-6) gave up just three hits in his nine scoreless innings, striking out eight and walking none. It's his second straight start going nine innings and not giving up an earned run, though he did surrender an unearned run in a no-decision his last time out. Kluber owns a 2.61 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 170:33 K:BB ratio in 158 1/3 innings. He's scheduled to take on the Reds Monday.
