Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco has come back down to Earth recently, but managed to make an impact in a 6-3 loss to the Dodgers Tuesday.
Mesoraco had just one hit in the loss, but made it count. He clubbed a two-run home run in the eighth inning, as the Reds tried to make a comeback. He finished the game, 1 for 4 with two RBI from the home run.
Mesoraco is still hitting .361 in 83 at-bats this season, but is just 3 for 29 over his last eight games.
