After initially being reported as dead, the Dodgers and Braves have agreed to trade infielders Juan Uribe and Alberto Callaspo, sources told FoxSports. The deal is pending approval from the commissioner's office.

Callaspo initially rejected the deal that would send him to the Dodgers, but he recently approved the trade, reports CBSSports.com Baseball Insider Jon Heyman. He was scratched from Tuesday's game, the team announced. Callaspo is hitting .206 with eight RBI in 107 at-bats this season.

As part of the trade, the Braves will also send Eric Stults, Ian Thomas and Juan Jaime to the Dodgers, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The Braves are reportedly expected to receive pitcher Chris Withrow in the deal as well, reports FoxSports.
