Indians reliever Nick Hagadone was pulled from his first minor league rehab appearance with an apparent elbow injury. Hagadone was able to record one out before being lifted.
The Indians are expected to provide more details in the next day or two. Hagadone, who is recovering from a back strain, was pitching for Class A Mahoning Valley.
