Yankees reliever David Robertson was diagnosed with just a bone bruise in his right foot, CBSSports.com insider Jon Heyman reports. Robertson injured his foot moving boxes on Wednesday and was sent for more tests on Thursday. The bone bruise is a welcome diagnosis, which shouldn't keep him out of opening day.
Robertson is expected to be removed from his walking boot by Sunday.
