White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu tweaked a lingering ankle issue in Saturday's game against the Astros, and it could keep him out of the lineup for the series finale Sunday.

Abreu appeared to be limping following a late at-bat, and told MLB.com he might not be able to play Sunday. He said the ankle felt worse Saturday than in previous days, and he might try to rest it.

Abreu finished Saturday's game 0 for 3 with an RBI as the designated hitter, but had to be replaced late. He is hitting .260/.312/.595 as a rookiw.
