Mets second baseman Dilson Herrera didn't play Sunday after leaving Saturday with a strained right quadriceps, but according to MLB.com, he still has a chance of returning before season's end.
"It's not so severe that we'd send him home," manager Terry Collins said Sunday. "We're going to certainly have him make sure he goes through the process of getting back and, hopefully, by this time next week he's running and maybe back in the lineup. I don't know."
