Mets' Travis d'Arnaud catches five innings in Class A rehab debut

Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud went 1 for 2 with a walk and caught five innings in his rehab debut with high Class A St. Lucie on Thursday.

Both d'Arnaud and second baseman Dilson Herrera were replaced in the bottom of the sixth after getting at-bats in the top half of the inning. d'Arnaud hit the disabled list in mid-April with a fractured finger then suffered a setback in his first attempt at a rehab assignment in late May when he suffered a bone bruise in his wrist. He has hit .317/.356/.537 with two homers and 10 RBI in 41 at-bats.
