Rays starting pitcher Matt Moore was hit in the chest by a line drive during an extended spring game Thursday. However, Moore appeared to dodge a serious injury.

WINK TV in Fort Myers, Fla., posted a Vine of Moore getting hit by the comebacker.

Moore, who is coming off Tommy John surgery last year, was making his second extended spring start Thursday. He threw 46 pitches in three innings Thursday, according to The Tampa Tribune.

Moore could begin a rehab assignment in his next outing. He remains on track to join the major-league roster in late June or early July.
