According to Baseball-Reference.com, there have been 36 players since 1901 to total at least 40 doubles and 40 home runs in a season. There have only been three players with at least 40 doubles and 50 home runs -- Babe Ruth (1921), Albert Belle (1995) and Chris Davis (2013).
