Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton (shoulder) is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Giants.
A bout of right shoulder soreness forced Hamilton from Monday's game, his sixth game back after missing several weeks with a right shoulder sprain. His removal was deemed precautionary, but the Reds will take further precaution and hold Hamilton out for at least one more day in hopes of avoiding any further setbacks with the shoulder. Jason Bourgeois will start in center field and lead off against right-hander Chris Heston.
