The Cincinnati Reds made another round of cuts Saturday, optioning pitchers Pedro Villarreal and Curtis Partch, second baseman Henry Rodriguez and first baseman Neftali Soto to Triple-A Louisville. First baseman Donald Lutz was shipped to Double-A Pensacola.
