Dodgers manager Don Mattingly hasn't ruled out a Clayton Kershaw return Sunday, according to Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times.
Out with a hip impingement, Kershaw hasn't pitched since Sept. 11. Early speculation considered the possibility of Kershaw being sidelined into the 2013 season.
However, Kershaw threw a 20-pitch bullpen session Friday, and his availability could hinge on how his body responds Saturday.
The Dodgers currently have Aaron Harang scheduled to start Sunday.
Kershaw is 12-9 in 30 starts this season with a 2.70 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 206 strikeouts in 206 2/3 innings.
