The Mets have activated shortstop Ruben Tejada (quadriceps) from the 15-day disabled list and optioned him to Triple-A Las Vegas, according to The Record. Tejada hit .227 with three RBI in seven rehab games between the Gulf Coast League Mets (rookie) and Triple-A Las Vegas.
