Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada (quadriceps) moved his rehab assignment from Gulf Coast League Mets (rookie) to Triple-A Las Vegas Tuesday. Tejada, who was 3 for 9 (.333) in three games for the GCL Mets, had an RBI double in a pinch-hit appearance Tuesday.
