Indians catcher Yan Gomes ended a five-game RBI drought Tuesday, in an extra-innings loss against the Diamondbacks.
Gomes drove in three runs in the game, none bigger than with his RBI single in the ninth inning to send the game to extras. He went 3 for 6 with one run and two strikeouts.
Gomes has multiple hits in three games in the midst of a six-game hitting streak. He is hitting .272/.318/.409 on the season.
