The Yankees announced Thursday they added outfielder Tyler Austin, pitcher Danny Burawa, pitcher Branden Pinder and outfielder Mason Williams to the 40-man roster. The Yankees also sold the rights of infielder Zelous Wheeler to the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of Japan’s Pacific League.
Williams was considered the Yankees' third-best prospect by Baseball America heading into the 2014 season.
