Yankees pitcher Nathan Eovaldi had about as poor of a performance as there is in Tuesday night's 12-2 loss to the Marlins.

Eovaldi couldn't get out of the first inning as he was credited with eight earned runs allowed on nine hits. After loading the bases with one out in the bottom of the first inning, Eovaldi was hit for RBI after RBI.

The loss drops Eovaldi to 5-2 this year with a 5.12 ERA.

His next start is scheduled for Sunday against the Tigers.
