Yankees relief pitcher Chris Martin worked a nearly perfect ninth inning in New York's 4-2 win over the Rays Tuesday.

Martin allowed a single with two outs to Steven Souza, but forced Asdrubal Cabrera into a ground out to end the game. Martin, who earned his first save of the season, lowered his ERA to 2.70 in 10 innings of work with 10 strikeouts and one walk.
