Burke Badenhop: Released by Rangers
Badenhop was released by the Rangers on Monday, Baseball America reports.
Badenhop got roughed up in two innings with Triple-A Round Rock, so the Rangers decided they could go on without the veteran reliever. He does have a decent track record in the majors, holding a 3.74 career ERA, so he could land a spot with a team in need of pitching depth.

Rangers' Burke Badenhop: Signed to minor league deal by Rangers
Badenhop signed a minor league deal with the Rangers on Wednesday, Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News reports.
Badenhop, who's bounced around from organization to organization this spring and over the past few seasons, signed with the Rangers after being released by the Nationals on Sunday. He went 2-4 with a 3.93 ERA in 66.1 innings with the Reds last season and should provide organizational bullpen depth.

Nationals' Burke Badenhop: Released and resigned by Nationals on Wednesday
Badenhop was released and subsequently resigned to a minor contract by the Nationals on Wednesday.
The veteran pitcher decided to stay on with the organization after failing to make the big league club, so he'll likely act as organizational depth for Washington this season. Given his experience, though, he may appear in the majors if some of the Nationals' bullpen arms go down to injury.

Nationals' Burke Badenhop: Signs minor league contract with Nationals
Badenhop signed a minor league contract with the Nationals on Thursday that includes an invitation to spring training, Jonah Keri of CBS Sports reports.
The veteran reliever struggled early on with the Reds last season, but he bounced back in the second half of the season to post a more respectable 3.93 ERA. The groundball specialist will likely compete for a bullpen spot with the Nationals during spring training.
