  • Phillies' Greg Burke: Reassigned to minor league camp

    Burke was reassigned to minor league camp Saturday.

    The 33-year-old pitcher signed a minor league deal with the Phillies in November that included an invitation to spring training. Burke spent last season in the Blue Jays' farm system. He has only played in 80 major league games, tallying 32 with the Mets in 2013 and 48 with the Padres in 2009. Burke is not expected to make much of an impact for the Phillies this season.
