Bogusevic (foot) was activated from the disabled list Monday.
The veteran outfielder had been out since early April after breaking his right foot, but it seems that everything is in working order once again. With no cracks in the big-league outfield yet, Bogusevic will continue to act as an organizational depth piece until his services are needed.

Bogusevic was placed on the 7-day disabled list Tuesday with a right foot fracture, Bill Koch of the Providence Journal reports.
The 33-year-old Bogusevic is nobody's idea of a prospect but as a so-called "four-A" player, offers the Red Sox an MLB-experienced outfielder at Triple-A Pawtucket.

Red Sox's Brian Bogusevic: Agrees to minor league deal
Bogusevic signed a minor league deal with Boston that includes an invitation to spring training, Rob Bradford of WEEI.com reports.
Bogusevic, a 2005 first-round pick by the Astros, played in Japan last season, hitting just .183 in 193 plate appearances for the Orix Buffaloes. The former pitcher, who transitioned to the outfield in 2008, last played in the majors during 2015 for the Phillies. For Boston, he's expected to serve as outfield depth at the Triple-A level.

Phillies dump OF Brian Bogusevic off roster
The Phillies have outrighted outfielder Brian Bogusevic.
Bogusevic spent most of the season with Triple-A Lehigh, putting up a solid .296/.359/.424 line with 12 homers and 24 steals, but the Phillies will move forward without the 31 year old.
