Yankees' Eric Jagielo: Traded to Reds
Jagielo was traded to the Reds along with three other players in a deal that saw Aroldis Chapman join the Yankees, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
The Yankees' top draft pick in 2013, Jagielo was slashing an impressive .284/.347/.495 with Double-A Trenton before injuring his knee, cutting his season short. He eventually underwent a lateral meniscus scope in early August to repair the injury, but he is expected to be ready for the start of the minor-league season.
