Twins' Jim Miller: Inks minor league deal with Twins
Miller signed a minor league deal with the Twins on Wednesday, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
The 34-year-old last pitched in the majors in 2014 and has 50 career MLB outings. He did not allow an earned run in 26 outings for an independent league team last year and was sitting 93-95 mph with his fastball. Look for him to serve as organizational depth at Triple-A.

Brewers' Jim Miller: Picks up win in inning of work
Miller picked up the win in an inning of work while giving up three hits, a walk, and two earned runs in Triple-A Colorado Springs' matchup with Nashville on Tuesday.
Miller had a rough spring as he gave up six earned runs on six hits in 3.1 innings of work for a team-worst 16.20 ERA. However, the 33-year-old right hander is coming off a great 2015 campaign where he compiled a 2.91 ERA over 74.1 innings along with 65 strikeouts. He's got 67.1 innings of major league experience under his belt along with a spiffy 3.48 ERA so he could be potential call up if the Brewers have a roster spot to fill.
