The New Orleans Pelicans waived forwards Arinze Onuaku and Lance Thomas Tuesday.

Onuaku played the first two games of the season before he was buried in the back-end of the rotation. He had three points and seven rebounds while logging 25 minutes of that span. Thomas only played 35 minutes with the Pelicans this season and totaled six points and six boards.
