The Trail Blazers took another roster hit Thursday when center Joel Freeland reportedly reached an agreement with Russian team CSKA Moscow, per The Oregonian.
Freeland, who primarily served as the team's backup center, was hampered by injuries during his two seasons in Portland, losing 23 games to an MCL sprain in his knee last season.
Freeland marks the fifth Blazer to depart from the 2014-15 squad, with forward LaMarcus Aldridge being the most notable.
