Trail Blazers center Joel Freeland has still not recovered from his shoulder strain and has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Spurs, the team announced.
Freeland has not played since Jan. 3. In 31 games, he is averaging 3.5 points and 4.5 rebounds.
