Monday NBA betting preview

Monday features a four-game NBA slate, including the Los Angeles Clippers hosting the Philadelphia 76ers at 10 p.m. ET. James Harden, who spent parts of two seasons with the 76ers before being traded to the Clippers prior to the 2023-24 season, sat Sunday night for personal reasons, which means if he plays Monday, he'll be rested rather than coming off a back-to-back. 76ers (27-21) big man Joel Embiid (knee) is probable for the 76ers as they play without Paul George, who was hit with a 25-game suspension on Saturday for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy. The Clippers defeated the Suns, 117-93, on Sunday to improve to 23-25.

Embiid is coming off a 40-point performance against the Pelicans on Saturday, as he's scored at least 30 points in six of his last seven games. The 76ers are 5-2 over that span. For NBA betting, the Clippers are 2-point favorites in the latest Monday NBA odds at Fanatics Sportsbook. Other intriguing Monday NBA matchups include Rockets (-5.5) vs. Pacers and Timberwolves (-7.5) vs. Grizzlies at Fanatics. Click here to sign up for Fanatics Sportsbook to bet and get up to $1,000 in No Sweat Bets in FanCash at Fanatics:

Monday college basketball betting preview

The Monday college basketball schedule includes a ranked Big 12 battle when No. 11 Texas Tech hosts No. 14 Kansas. Texas Tech had its five-game winning streak snapped in an 88-80 road loss to UCF on Saturday, falling to 16-5 overall and 6-2 in the conference. Kansas (16-5, 6-2) won its latest Big 12 ranked battle with a 90-82 win over No. 13 BYU on Saturday at home. The Jayhawks travel to Texas Tech for Monday, though, and the Red Raiders are 11-0 at home this season.

For college basketball betting, Texas Tech is favored by 5 points in the latest Monday college basketball odds at Fanatics Sportsbook for a 9 p.m. ET matchup. No 16 North Carolina (17-4, 5-3) hosts Syracuse (13-9, 4-5) in an ACC battle at 7 p.m. ET. The Tar Heels are favored by 11.5 points. Sign up for Fanatics Sportsbook here:

Big Game NFL betting

The Big Game features two teams even the sharpest NFL bettors and fans wouldn't have been on before the season began, with the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots taking the field on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. Both teams had odds longer than 50-1 to win the NFL title before the season began, but regardless of these being teams few expected for this contest, it will still be the most watched and bet-on event of the year. Quarterbacks Sam Darnold (Seahawks) and Drake Maye (Patriots) look to prove they should be considered among the very best in the league, and a title certainly strengthens that case.

For NFL betting, the Seahawks are favored by 4.5 points in the latest NFL odds at Fanatics Sportsbook. The over/under is set at 45.5 points. The Seahawks enter with the No. 2 scoring offense at 29.2 points per game, with the Patriots eighth at 27.2 ppg. Sign up for Fanatics Sportsbook here:
