Butler hosts Seton Hall in a Big East contest at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, with both teams battling to improve their place in the standings to strengthen their seeding with the Big East Tournament a few weeks away. Butler defeated Seton Hall, 77-66, on the road on Jan. 17 in their first matchup this season for Butler's third straight head-to-head win over Seton Hall. Butler dropped to 13-12 overall and 4-10 in the Big East following an 80-70 loss to UConn on Wednesday, resulting in its fifth straight defeat. Seton Hall snapped its two-game losing streak with an 87-80 win over Creighton on Wednesday, improving to 17-8 overall and 7-7 in the conference.
