I have an ongoing joke that at all times, at least one of the Pargo brothers, Jannero and Jeremy, must be employed by an NBA team at all times under the new CBA. They just always seem to land on a roster, even when one goes overseas for more money. Well, the Pargo Rule is in play because the Charlotte Hornets have re-signed veteran guard Jannero Pargo, according to his agent.
We're happy to announce that @jpargo1 will return to #BuzzCity. Good luck Jannero in helping the @hornets build off last season's success!!!

Real GM has contract details.
Jannero Pargo agreed to a fully guaranteed one-year, $1.5 million deal to re-sign with the Charlotte Hornets, league source tells RealGM.

It's fine depth for the Hornets, who added Lance Stephenson who can play point forward, signed Brian Roberts earlier this week and have Kemba Walker and Gary Neal at point guard, playing similar roles. Pargo's veteran approach is valued on the team and he can fill in at either guard spot. Pargo averaged 4.7 points on 47 percent shooting last year in eight gams with Charlotte.
