The Spurs announced Saturday afternoon that guard Manu Ginobili is out Saturday night vs. the Washington Wizards with "tightness" in his hamstring. Ginobili left the Spurs' game against the Bobcats on Wednesday.
F/C Tim Duncan has missed several games with knee soreness but is listed as probable vs. the Wizards along with Matt Bonner, who also missed Wednesday's game.
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was named as the coach of the Western Conference All-Stars earlier this week.
