The Los Angeles Lakers are on the second night of a back-to-back set when they host the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The Lakers are coming off a 119-110 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, while the Spurs are on a four-game winning streak, with their most recent triumph coming against the Dallas Mavericks 138-125. San Antonio is four games back of Oklahoma City in the Western Conference standings, while L.A. is four games back of San Antonio and sits fifth in the West.

Luka Doncic remains sidelined for the Lakers, who will also without LeBron James and Austin Reaves for Tuesday's game. Deandre Ayton has been listed as questionable but seems likely to suit up since he only played 29 minutes in Monday's game.

This is the fourth and final meeting of the regular season between the two sides and San Antonio has won two of the previous three. We've put together a same-game parlay for Spurs vs. Lakers on Tuesday, with odds from DraftKings Sportsbook and recommendations from the SportsLine Projection Model. Spurs vs. Lakers NBA same-game parlay picks

Spurs -12.5

The Lakers are sitting most of their starters and though this is a big spread, it's hard to see San Antonio not covering. The Spurs are one of the top defensive teams in the league and the Lakers were a horrendous defensive side even when their stars were on the court. Without them, they won't have the offense to match their defensive deficiencies. Unless someone randomly heats up from deep, San Antonio should cover here. The model is backing the Lakers, who cover in 67% of simulations.

Under 224.5

The Lakers are 16-7 to the Over as the home team, but the Spurs are one of the most Under-friendly teams in the league at 21-32 to the Over. San Antonio is third in the NBA in defensive rating, anchored by Victor Wembanyama in the middle. Two of the three previous games in this season series went Over this line, but the last game, a 107-91 Spurs win, finished Under this line. The model likes the Over, however, as it hits in 53.4% of simulations.

De'Aaron Fox Over 17.5 points

Fox has actually finished Under this line in five straight games, but he gets to face a Lakers team that is bad defensively and could have some tired legs on a back-to-back set. The star guard is averaging 19.5 points per game on the season, but he's recently been more passive with 32 assists over the last four games. The SportsLine model sees Fox being more aggressive as a scorer Tuesday night as it projects him for 18.6 points.
