Superstars LeBron James and Luka Doncic make their return from the NBA All-Star break on Friday, and the newest Kalshi promo code CBSSPORTS gives new users a $10 cash bonus after $10 worth of trades. Doncic missed the final four games for the Lakers before the break, but after playing in the NBA All-Star Game, he's expected to go when the Los Angeles Lakers host the Los Angeles Clippers at 10 p.m. ET. Doncic's expected return is one of the main reasons why the SportsLine Projection Model is backing more than 224.5 points in Lakers vs. Spurs. Kalshi prices Lakers vs. Clippers to have more than 224.5 points at $0.50 per share.

The model is also backing the Hawks to win against the Heat, and one of SportsLine's top experts has locked in a pick for VCU vs. Saint Louis in college basketball. Sign up for Kalshi with the promo code CBSSPORTS, trade $10 on sports and receive your $10 cash bonus here:

Kalshi prediction markets to target on Friday

  • "No" on Saint Louis to win by 8.5 points or more vs. VCU ($0.56 per share)
  • Hawks to win vs. Heat ($0.42 per share)
  • More than 224.5 points in Lakers vs. Clippers ($0.50 per share)

"No" on Saint Louis to win by 8.5 points or more vs. VCU ($0.56 per share)

"Saint Louis tied its season low with just 71 points the last time these two teams played, and VCU had a chance to steal it late in a game that was otherwise largely controlled by the Billikens," SportsLine expert Chip Patterson said. "The Rams have also been playing some of their basketball recently, riding a 10-game winning streak with some solid defensive performances in the month of February. The issue here is how Saint Louis bounces back from a stunning loss at Rhode Island on Tuesday night. Perhaps an angry SLU squad is a team to be upgraded, especially playing at home. My prediction here is the opposite, and that Phil Martelli Jr.'s team is playing well enough to threaten for the road upset." Trade Saint Louis vs. VCU at Kalshi here:

Hawks to win vs. Heat ($0.42 per share)

The Hawks are coming off an impressive 117-107 win over the 76ers on Thursday, as they look to knock off their second straight team with a winning record on Friday. The Heat are 29-27 this season, but they are just 13-16 on the road heading into Atlanta. The Hawks defeated Miami, 127-115, on Feb. 3 in their last meeting. The Hawks held the 76ers to 38% shooting from the field on Thursday and Jalen Johnson had 32 points and 10 rebounds to fuel the win. Meanwhile, the Heat went 2-3 in their final five games before the NBA All-Star break, with their two wins coming against teams that are a combined 30-80 this season. The model projects the Hawks to win in 57% of simulations, showcasing strong value for this return. Trade Heat vs. Hawks here:

More than 224.5 points in Lakers vs. Clippers ($0.50 per share)

Each of the last three Lakers games and five of their last six contests featured a total more than 224.5 points, and the Clippers are coming off a 115-114 win over the Nuggets on Thursday, finishing with 229 combined points. The Lakers should be at near full strength in their first game out of the All-Star break, with Luka Doncic (hamstring) expected to return for his first Lakers game since Feb. 5. LeBron James should be rested and healthy as well. The Clippers could be fatigued in the second half of a back-to-back, and tired legs often affect the defensive side more than the offensive. The model projects the Lakers and Clippers to combine for 235 points, with the more than winning in 64.1% of simulations. Trade Lakers vs. Clippers here:
