The Warriors will be without center Jermaine O'Neal for an indefinite amount of time following arthroscopic surgery on his wrist, the team announced Thursday.
O'Neal, who missed Wednesday's game against the Mavericks because of a sprained right wrist, will undergo a procedure on to repair a torn ligament in it.
A timetable will be established after the surgery.
Without O'Neal, the Warriors are now down to basically one healthy center on the roster -- injury-prone Andrew Bogut -- with Festus Ezeli and Ognjen Kuzmic joining O'Neal on the injured list.
The Warriors called big man Hilton Armstrong up from their D-League affiliate this week, and it's now obvious as to why.
O'Neal, 35, is averaging 6.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 17 games this season.
