Suns' Kevin Durant: Drops 30 in return
Durant (ankle) contributed 30 points (8-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 12-12 FT), eight assists, three rebounds, one block and one steal over 34 minutes during Friday's 134-126 win over the Jazz.
After missing the prior three games with a left ankle sprain, Durant returned to the court and didn't miss a beat. The 36-year-old forward has only appeared in 14 of the Suns' 24 games so far this season, but he's drained multiple three-pointers in all 14 while averaging 26.1 points, 6.4 boards, 3.4 assists and 1.4 blocks. He's shooting 53.1 percent from the floor and 44.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Set to play against Utah
Durant (ankle) will play in Friday's game versus the Jazz, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Durant will return to action Friday after missing Phoenix's last three outings due to a sprained left ankle. The superstar forward should reclaim his starting spot from Royce O'Neale against Utah. The Suns are 1-9 without Durant in the lineup, including three straight losses during his most recent absence, but they're 11-2 when the veteran is in the starting lineup this season.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Expected to play Friday
Durant (ankle) is probable for Friday's game against the Jazz.
Durant has been battling through a left ankle sprain but recorded 90 percent participation in Wednesday's practice and appears on track to suit up Friday. He's missed three straight games, so the Suns may keep a close eye on his minutes in an effort to ensure he doesn't suffer any setbacks, assuming he gets the green light ahead of tipoff.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Approaching unrestricted activity
Coach Mike Budenholzer stated that Durant (ankle) logged 90 percent participation in Wednesday's practice, Dana Scott of AZ Central reports. His next opportunity to take the court comes Friday versus Utah.
Durant approaching full practice bodes well for an imminent return. The 36-year-old has been sidelined for Phoenix's last three contests -- all of which have been losses -- after spraining his left ankle in a Dec. 3 victory over San Antonio.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Out at least one week
Durant (ankle) will be re-evaluated in one week, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.
Durant has been diagnosed with a left ankle sprain and will miss at least three games as a result. Based on this re-evaluation date, a potential return on Dec. 13 against the Jazz could be on the table, but it's not guaranteed. The Suns are 1-6 this season with Durant out of the lineup, so this is a brutal blow for the team. In the meantime, Bradley Beal and Devin Booker will need to soak up some usage, while Grayson Allen, Ryan Dunn and Royce O'Neale could step into larger roles.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Leaves early with sprained ankle
Durant sustained a sprained left ankle in the second quarter of Tuesday's game against the Spurs and will not return, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. He tallied 13 points (5-8 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes before exiting.
The severity of the sprained left ankle is unknown, though Durant is expected to go through imaging and will be re-evaluated Wednesday, according to Pflugrad. The star forward should be considered questionable, at best, for Thursday's matchup versus the Pelicans until Phoenix provides another update on his status. With Durant sidelined, Grayson Allen and Ryan Dunn are candidates to handle increased roles.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Posts double-double Saturday
Durant had 21 points (7-20 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 36 minutes during Saturday's 113-105 victory over the Warriors.
Durant had a rough shooting performance and made only 35 percent of his field goals, but that won't matter much as long as he manages to deliver numbers in other categories as well. Durant missed seven straight games between Nov. 10 and Nov. 20 due to a calf injury, and while he's shown some rust in terms of efficiency, he continues to perform at a high level even when his shot isn't falling. In his three games since returning, Durant is averaging 24.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.0 blocks per contest.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Strong two-way play Wednesday
Durant accumulated 30 points (10-18 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-10 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and three blocks over 33 minutes during Wednesday's 127-117 loss to the Nets.
Durant was impressive despite the loss against his former team, finished just two boards away from a double-double and reached the 30-point mark for the sixth time in 11 outings in 2024-25. Durant is averaging 27.4 points per game while shooting 55.1 percent from the floor, and he's not showing any signs of slowing down in his 17th season in the league.

Durant (calf/rest) is available for Wednesday's game against the Nets, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
As expected, Durant has been upgraded from probable to available and will suit up for the second half of a back-to-back set after returning from a seven-game absence Tuesday against the Lakers. Durant was his usual self versus LeBron James, posting 23 points (9-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT) in 30 minutes while the Suns improved to 9-1 with Durant in their lineup.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Returns with 23 points
Durant (calf) contributed 23 points (9-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and two assists over 30 minutes during Tuesday's 127-100 win over the Lakers.
The Suns were back to full strength Tuesday with Durant and Bradley Beal (calf) returning from seven- and five-game absences, respectively. Though head coach Mike Budenholzer suggested prior to the game that Durant would be under a playing-time restriction, the star forward logged 30 minutes before checking out of the game for good with 3:10 remaining in the fourth quarter of the blowout. Based on how Durant fared in his return, fantasy managers can feel confident in his outlook moving forward, though the 36-year-old could be a candidate to sit out or have his minutes managed Wednesday against the Nets in the second leg of a back-to-back set.

Suns' Kevin Durant: Expected back Tuesday
Durant (calf), who's officially listed as probable, is planning to return to the court for Tuesday's game against the Lakers, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Durant returned to practice Sunday, and it was reported at the time that he was on track for Tuesday. Barring a setback in warmups, it sounds like Durant will make his first appearance since Nov. 8. In addition to Durant, the Suns are planning on having Bradley Beal (calf) available as well. With this news, players such as Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale and Josh Okogie will offer less upside in fantasy formats.
