Wizards' Lavoy Allen: Headed to camp with Wizards
Allen has agreed to join the Wizards for training camp, Candace Buckner of the Washington Post reports.
After six years split between the 76ers and Pacers, Allen was unable to attract interest last season and was out of the league entirely. He did, however, get some run in with the G-League's Northern Arizona Suns, where he played in 10 games and averaged 9.0 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 blocks. He's got plenty of experience, so the Wizards are willing to bring him in for camp to see what he could potentially provide. If Allen does surprisingly make the roster, he'd likely be buried at power forward behind the likes of Markieff Morris, Jeff Green and Jason Smith.

Pacers' Lavoy Allen: Has option declined
Allen is slated to become an unrestricted free agent after the Pacers informed him they will not exercise his $4 million contract option, Scott Agness of Vigilant Sports reports.
Allen signed a three-year deal with Indiana back in 2015 and has gone on to average just 4.3 points and 4.6 rebounds since then. This past season, he saw his minutes slip to a career-low 14.3 per game. After his option was declined, the 28-year-old will hit the open market when free agency begins July 1st.

Pacers' Lavoy Allen: Available to play Sunday vs. Raptors
Allen (knee) is available to play Sunday against the Raptors, Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star reports.
Allen has missed the last two games with a knee injury, but after testing it out during pregame warmups, he's officially been given the green light to take the court. Look for Allen to reclaim his usual role as the main backup to Thaddeus Young at power forward, which should put him in line for 10-to-20 minutes.
